Le repêchage marque le début de chaque nouvelle saison, mais la vraie game, ça commence le 4 octobre !

La LHSRSM a exprimé le souhait que ses membres nous offrent, à chacun, une présentation ainsi que de payer leur cotisation avant le début de la saison. Nous en sommes à 25 présentations sur le forum (sur un total de 29 directeurs général actif.) et il y a présentement 21 dg qui ont payé leur cotisation.

La raison pour laquelle nous avons demandé une présentation, ce n'était pour savoir qui a la meilleure plume, mais pour que l'on apprenne à mieux se connaitre et que l'on prenne l'habitude de communiquer un peu plus. Beaucoup trop de dg sont ds l'ombre et on n'entend pas assez parler d'eux. Si on veut que la ligue soit dynamique, que les dg reste accroché à la ligue, il faut absolument que plus de dg se mêle aux conversations et aux sujets et fasse sentir leur présence en faisant partie de la communauté RSM. Cette ligue est ce que l'on veut bien en faire et c'est à chacun de nous à y mettre du sien. Plusieurs sont la quotidiennement et participe grandement aux discussions (de hockey ou pas), on a un bon noyau solide ds cette ligue. Pour les autres, si tu n'as pas écrit une phrase à toutes les semaines ou presque, que ce soit sur le forum, messenger ou discord......ben, c'est ça, c'est à toi que je parle..... 😱

D'ailleurs, il serait apprécié lorsque quelqu'un écrit un article, publie quelques choses, que vous répondiez ou du moins, mettez un like. Quand quelqu'un fais un effort pis que ça semble passer dans le beurre, ça ne donne pas le gout de recommencer. Parfois, il faut juste un petit élan et ce n'est pas trop long que l'on devient impliqué dans des discussions qui engendrent d'autres interactions avec d'autres DG et la ligue devient beaucoup plus intéressante.

Notre cotisation est de 30$ pour 3 ans, ça couvre les dépenses de la ligue. (.com, serveur, cotes, licence sths) et les raisons de collecter pour 3 ans sont en autre pour ne pas avoir à collecter à chaque année et aussi, car pour obtenir le meilleur prix les contrats sont sur 3 ans ou 2 ans donc, je devrais assumer les dépenses et serais remboursé seulement après la 3e saison du cycle de 3 ans. Je vous aime, mais malheureusement pour vous, j'aime l'argent aussi!!!😂 De plus, et même devrais-je dire  SURTOUT, pour que ce soit un commitment de votre part..... vous vous engagez pour les 3 prochaines année.

Nous sommes conscients que nous allons surement dire au revoir à 1 ou 2 confrères a l'ouverture de la saison. Nous avons aussi 3 club de libre en ce moment. Le début de saison devrait amener de nouvelles voix dans la ligue. Essayons de rendre notre ligue plus vivante que jamais afin de nous donner l'élan nécessaire pour que l'on soit encore là dans 13 ans avec encore une belle gang de passionné !
